Bigender vs. genderfluid

What is the difference between bigender and genderfluid? I’ve seen different explanations:

  1. Bigender as a subset of genderfluid identity. For instance, bigender people with male and female genders never have androgynous gender.
  2. Bigender means the two genders are separate but can coexist simultaneously, while genderfluid people have only one gender at any time.

I have something to add: most genderfluid people have a single sexuality that is independent of their gender, while most bigender/multigender people have a separate sexuality for each gender.
